CEC registers two more MP candidates following the court’s decision

Today, the Central Election Commission, enforcing the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine of August 21, registered Serhiy Kovalchuk and Serhiy Chervonopisky as MP candidates, ForUm correspondent reports.

In particular, the CEC received rulings requiring the CEC to consider the documents, submitted by Chervonopisky and Kovalchuk, and to decide on their registration as MP candidates in single-mandate constituency under the procedure of self-nomination.

Chervonopisky will be registered in the single-mandate electoral district № 11 and Kovalchuk - № 19. Fourteen members of the Central Election Commission voted in favor of the decision, one abstained.
