The police are looking for the unknown, who, in the morning of August 22, reported on the mining of administrative building of the Dniproshyna plant in Dnepropetrovsk.
According to the press service of the Regional Office of the Internal Ministry in Dnipropetrovsk region, today, at 8 am, a cleaning woman found a note with the message about mining.
Now, the territory of the plant is being tested in order to identify the explosives.
The identity of intruder is being determined.
