Prime Minister Mykola Azarov considers that Ukraine had a good performance at the XXX Olympic Games in Londonю.
"No one has doubt it was so. Look at the countries behind us. For example, India is 25 times larger than Ukraine, but our Olympic achievements are greater," Azarov said at a meeting with Olympic athletes, ForUm correspondent reports.
On behalf of the government, he thanked all the athletes, coaches and organizers and awarded them with diplomas of the Cabinet and memorial signs. "What's supposed to do with awards? To drink in celebration, of course," Azarov said, drinking a glass of champagne together with the Olympic athletes and their coaches.
