The public prosecution is satisfied with the verdict, announced today by the Pechersk district court of Kyiv to Yuri Lutsenko on the case of the illegal spying upon the driver of the former first deputy chairman of the SBU Volodymyr Satsyuk Valentyn Davydenko.
"Despite the fact that the defense was constantly trying to politicize the case, its considering was held in accordance with the effective legislation," prosecutor Viktor Klymenko told journalists.
The prosecutor noted that in this way the court found the arguments of the prosecutor's office concerning crime committed by Lutsenko reasonable.
