President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed the law on employment of population, first deputy head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine, presidential envoy in the Cabinet of Ministers Iryna Akimova told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to her, in particular, the procedure of employment was changed. Thus, the Employment Service will maintain a register of private employment agencies. Only employers should pay for the services of employment intermediaries. In addition, job advertisements are prohibited to place requests on the age of a job seeker, the restrictions on sex (with some exceptions) and his personal life.

The first deputy head of the administration of the President noted that the agencies taking money from applicants with no guarantee of success should disappear from the market. "As for young people, students received the level of "skilled worker", "junior specialist", "bachelor", "specialist" are allowed to take an internship for 6 months with the introduction of data on it in the labor book," she emphasized.

A person older than 45 years with work experience at least for 15 years, whose profession is not in demand in the labor market, is entitled to get a voucher for a free re-training or training for the amount not more than 10 minimum wages (11.020 UAH). Finally, the law provides for the development of targeted state programs to create new jobs.
