In Kyiv, the law enforcement agencies arrested a 29-year-old man who reported on "mined" metro station "University" and on planted explosive at the entrance to the metro station "Khreschatyk".
According to the press service of Internal Ministry of Ukraine, the man does not work and is registered in the psycho neurologic dispensary.
As a reminder, on August 9, an unknown man reported on planted explosives at the metro station "University". However, after the search works no explosives had been found.
