At today's meeting the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Clean City national project, the head of the State Agency for Investments and National Projects Vladyslav Kaskiv told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Yesterday, the Prime Minister held a meeting on three national projects. The LNG-terminal and the Clean City national projects were approved today.
The latter project was approved by the government and provides for setting up a new, not yet existing in Ukraine, waste management industry. For an example will be taken ten waste management plants with a deep level of recycling - more than 50%. So far, in Ukraine there are no such plants and the level of recycling does not exceed 5%," Kaskiv said.
