The Infrastructure Ministry wants to introduce a certificate of professional training for drivers of commercial vehicles, deputy infrastructure minister Kostyantyn Efymenko told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We propose to introduce training for drivers of commercial vehicles (buses and freight transport) by introducing certificate of professional training of such a driver," he said.
"Its issuance will require skills of bus driving, the skills of communication between a driver and the passengers, skills of providing pre-medical help. In addition, we discussed the question of introducing tachographs passive safety measures, which are already required during international transportation," he said.
