According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, today temperature in Kyiv is 36 C, a record high for the last 112 years.
Thus, according to the Central Geophysical Observatory in Kyiv, on August 7 the highest temperature was 33.6 degrees above zero in 1900 and the lowest 8.7 degrees above zero in 1923.
The director of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center said that on 8 August there will be a decrease in temperature in Ukraine.
