"Road builders address carriers with a request to change the schedules of freight carriage and to work at night, because due to the hot weather the wheel tracking, corrugations, landslides and other deformations are rapidly formed on the asphalt coat that negatively affect the traffic safety," the statement said.
The Infrastructure Ministry of Ukraine and the State Highway Service of Ukraine ask drivers to observe the requirements of technological tools on traffic control set on the roads.
As a reminder, in Kyiv truck traffic is banned when the temperature is above 28 degrees.
