Corteges with top officials of the state can violate traffic rules, deputy chief of traffic police Volodymyr Reznikov said on the air of TVs TV channel.
"They can violate, as it is a legal requirement," he stressed.
"Police does not work badly. The fact is that we need to change legislation. We are working under the laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada, will work with the technique, which the government bought us. We are the tool," the deputy chief of traffic police said.
