Today, on August 3, at midday, the Emergencies Ministry aircraft AN-26 flew from the Kyiv (Zhuliany) international airport to Pskov (Russia) to transport eight Ukrainian citizens injured in a road accident in Opochetsky district of Pskov region. The corresponding decree was signed today by the emergencies minister of Ukraine Viktor Baloha, Forum learned from the Emergencies Ministry press service.

According to the report, medical personnel and the Emergencies Ministry rescue workers are on the board. Today, the aircraft with the people injured is to return to the Uzhgorod airport. All the citizens will be delivered to the medical institutions of the regional center.
