Today, on August 2, Ukraine celebrates the Airmobile Forces Day. On this occasion, defense minister of Ukraine Dmytro Salamatin congratulated the soldiers and veterans of the airmobile forces on their professional holiday.
"Celebration of the Airmobile Forces Day is our respect and gratitude to all militaries, who defended homeland during World War II, who served in the airmobile forces units after the war, who participated in local conflicts of the twentieth century, as well as to those who now continue the military tradition with their exemplary service," the congratulatory message says.
