There are all legal reasons to hold MP from the Party of Regions Vladyslav Lukyanov administratively liable for speeding, the acting head of the State Traffic Patrol Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Volodymyr Reznikov told a press confeence, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to Reznikov, a traffic police inspector can prosecute people who violated traffic rules if he publicly admits his offense. In addition, the evidentiary basis (including video uploaded to the Internet, the testimony of witnesses and other evidence) can be collected to prove the offense.
At the same time, he said that the Code of Administrative violations provides for holding liable a speed limit violator no later than two months after the date of the offense.
