The advisor to the President of Ukraine Anna Herman said that the decision of the head of state Viktor Yanukovych on the language law would be fair.

"The only thing I'm sure of and I have already said it is that the President’s decision will offend neither those who consider their native language is Ukrainian nor those who consider their native language is Russian or another language," she said.

According to her, this law has not been submitted to the President's Administration for signing yet. She also added that Yanukovych's schedule and agenda are always full and hard to change. "But I know the President and I believe that Viktor Yanukovych will find an opportunity to discuss such an important and difficult issue with the leaders of public opinion. Therefore, we will wait for a response of the President," Herman said.
