Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko refused to take part in tomorrow's court hearing on UESU activities case, ForUm learned from the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine press office.
"Convict Tymoshenko Y. wrote the statement of refusal to participate in the court hearing, scheduled for July 31, 2012," the statement informs.
Also according to the Service, in her statement Tymoshenko noted that if the court decides to take her to the court room, she will show physical resistance.
At the same time, the press service informed that the leadership of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine has not received a court decision on attachment of convict Tymoshenko.
