Parliament speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn has opened an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada.
As ForUm correspondent reports, 236 MPs have registered in the Parliament.
As a reminder, the agenda of the extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine includes amendments to the state budget, creation of new jobs, implementation of the investment activities and simplification of the procedural systems.
