The Central Election Commission will correct flaws and gaps in the electoral legislation on its own, deputy head of CEC Andriy Mahera told reporters at a briefing, as ForUm correspondent reports.

In particular, he said that the CEC would have to issue separate resolution to correct MPs’ certain errors, like lack of candidates' names on the ballot list, for example.

"It's obvious that ballot forms must have names of candidates, otherwise how people will vote. If someone does not agree, he may go to court...  The voting process without candidates' names cannot happen," he said.
