Public Joint Stock Company "Kyivenerho" says that on July 23 the gas supply organization limited amounts of gas supply to the Heat Electric generation Plant № 6, which made impossible the continuation of the hot water supply after the hydraulic testing of heating systems in Dniprovsky, Desnianskyi and Obolon districts of the capital.
According to the Kyivenerho PJSC, the negotiations with the gas suppliers and municipal authorities on the resumption of gas supply to the Heat Electric generation Plant-6 continues. The reason for limiting supply, according to the explanation of the Kyivenerho officials, is the debts for the consumed gas. The Kyivenerho will be able to pay it off as soon as the budget will receive compensation for the difference between the established tariffs for thermal energy and the cost of its production.
