This year the Cabinet will adopt an electronic interaction among the government authorities in October, the head of the State Agency on Science, Innovation and Informatization of Ukraine Volodymyr Semynozhenko said at a briefing, as ForUm correspondent reports.

"In October we will completely abandon papers. There will be no delay in preparation of the government decisions and their implementations. This is a very important step for the government's efficiency and its public image," Semynozhenko told about the initiative "Open government".

According to him, the transition to the electronic communication will "kill two birds with one stone."

"We will save a lot of paper. This will cover all costs spent on creation of the e-government. The electronic document management will help to prevent corruption, when someone wants to speed up or, conversely, slow down the signatures under certain documents," he said.
