The diseases of ex-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko identified during the medicolegal investigation are proved to be chronic, not heavy and those, which do not threaten her life.

The conclusion of the medicolegal investigation, carried out on the basis of the medical documentation of Tymoshenko, was read out by the presiding judge of the Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv Kostynatyn Sadovski today during the hearing of the Tymoshenko’s case on the UESU.
According to him, the forensic scientists found that the health condition of Tymoshenko is consistently satisfactory.

"The health condition of Tymoshenko does not prevent her from perceiving oral and written information," Sadovski quoted the expert conclusion.

In addition, the judge, citing the results of the examination, said that the forensic experts see no medical contraindications for participation of Tymoshenko in the activities outside the medical establishment.

The representatives from state prosecution asked the judge to postpone the hearing and allow Tymoshenko to familiarize with the medicolegal investigation materials.
