By his decree of July 20, 2012 President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has instructed National Agency on Ukraine on Civic Service (NAUCS) to establish the presidential personnel reserve "The New elite of the nation" within the year, the press office of the Head of State informs.
"In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy of the state personnel policy for 2012-2020, signed by the presidential decree № 45 on February 1, 2012, I hereby order to approve the action plan for implementation in 2012 of the provisions of the state personnel policy strategy for 2012 - 2020, and the Cabinet of Ministers is to ensure the implementation of this plan," the decree of the President says.
Apart from the formation of the "New elite of the nation", Viktor Yanukovych has instructed the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports to develop and approve programs of occupation guidance of the university graduates in the labor market by providing, in particular, the holding of the career days, the job fairs and to make proposals for optimizing the list of specialties training in universities in accordance with certain state strategic objectives of the national environmental policy.
In addition, Yanukovych charged the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources in the second half of the year to form a system of the postgraduate education in the field of environment and natural resources.
In the fourth quarter, the President expects from the Ministry of Education and the NAUCS the developed and approved standard of master degree training on the faculty "Public service".
Moreover, Yanukovych has instructed to create a database of the state and the local government officials who have already had the advanced training in the field of the European integration, the Euro-Atlantic cooperation and the language training.
