Former PM of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has refused to attend the court hearings on United Energy Systems financial case, scheduled for July 23.
Press office of the State Penitentiary Service reports that yesterday, on July 19, the authorities of the Kachanivska prison informed Tymoshenko about the summoning to the court. "Tymoshenko refused to go, arguing she had to ask for doctors' recommendations first," the report says.
A corresponding protocol on Tymoshenko refusal has been documented. It is the sixth time Yulia Tymoshenko refuses to participate in the court hearings on UESU case.
