Traffic police department of the Dnipropetrovsk region has published possible variants of signs to be stuck on cars driven by older people.
The author of the initiative, 60-year-old driver from Dnipropetrovsk Mykola Boichenko appealed to the local traffic police department in June and the regional traffic department announced a contest for the best sign.
"We will send all the variants to the Safe Traffic Scientific Research Center. Even if they do not adopt it officially, we hope the car stickers' producers will put them into circulation," press office of the Dnipropetrovsk traffic department says.
In the future, traffic inspectors may submit the initiative to the parliament to give it an official status.
