"People are interested in this program, but we must continue the information campaign to overcome the distrust. All those "Elita-centers" (construction companies which tricked people into investment and then disappeared - ed.) have done a lot of damage, and people no longer trust similar projects,' Alipov said.
"There are 91 signed contracts with 17 million of issued credits. This autumn people will get these apartments," the official summed up.
