The education and science, youth and sports minister of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk hopes to solve the problem with the use of outdoor toilets and to equip all the Ukrainian schools with indoor toilets until mid-October.
"If we do not solve this problem till September 1, then until October 1, mid-October everything will be done for sure. It does not require considerable costs," Tabachnyk said, giving commentaries to journalists.
The minister emphasized that making decision on this issue is the responsibility of the local authorities.
