During the meeting on the implementation of the Drinking Water of Ukraine state program, the PM Mykola Azarov said that rural schools should have warm toilets in working condition, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We entrusted the rural schools with having warm toilets in working conditions, so that our children are not running outside when it is - 36 º C and do not catch cold," Azarov said.
According to him, speaking for the whole country, 70% of villages have no sewerage.
"I am not ashamed to ask about it, when I come to a village. And I will not just ask. When September 1 comes, we will take steps against those who have not complied with our order (on the installation of warm toilets in schools - Ed.)," the Prime Minister promised.
