For the third year in a row, the Ukrainian economy shows the stable growth, the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych said during the informal meeting with the Club of Editors of the CIS countries, Baltic states and Georgia.

According to the President’s press office, the conversation was held in the Yusupov Palace in Crimea.

The President noted that despite the difficult economic situation in the world, "Ukraine is able to maintain economic stability."

Yanukovych stressed that for the third year in a row, the growth of the national economy is observed: in 2010 the index was 4.2%, in 2011 - 5.3%. "This year, so far we have the growth of slightly more than 2%, but the dynamics of growth maintains and it is stable," he said.
