The single point of contact are to be set up to implement the Affordable Housing program in all the regions of Ukraine, the Regional Development, Construction and Housing minister of Ukraine Anatoly Blyzniuk told during the Cabinet’s conference call, ForUm correspondent reports.
The minister said that it was done on the basis of the State Fund for Youth Housing Assistance offices.
"In the single points of contact the people are assisted by the representatives of the state administration or a manager of a lower level, the representatives of a bank and a real estate developer. Thus, during the one meeting, people can get complete information, start to choose housing, leave the contact details and the documents for review," the official noted.
He added that all the further steps are carried out between the local authorities, the bank and the developer primarily in electronic form. The people are invited to the single points of contact for signing agreements.
