Kyiv metro to keep speaking English

Announcement of stations in Kyiv subway will continue be made in both Ukrainian and English languages, as many foreigners still stay in Ukraine after Euro-2012 championship, ForUm learned from the press office of the metropolitan.

The authorities of the metropolitan will decide whether to keep this practice for a long-term period, the press office explained.

As known, the voice announcing the station names in English belongs to former US TV sport commentator and now a teacher of Pechersk international school Anthony Hox.
