None of the deputies registered in the session have voted for putting on the agenda the resignation statement of speaker Volodymyr Lytyvn, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Let's congratulate Volodymyr Lytyvn with our confidence in the chairman," first vice speaker Adam Martyniuk said after the voting.
As a reminder, The Party of Regions faction leader Oleksandr yefremov said his faction would not vote in favor of putting on the agenda a draft resolution on the resignation of the speaker of the Parliament Volodymyr Lytvyn. Yefremov added he doubts that the parliament will accept the resignation of speaker Volodymyr Lytyvn.
