The opposition factions and the vice speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Mykola Tomenko will not go to today’s meeting with the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
The vice speaker said that the opposition continues staying in the same position as before.
"The opposition is ready to conduct the dialogue with the President personally, not with his subordinates," Tomenko said.
However, he noted that such a dialogue should take place in a round table format with live television, so the oppositionists will not go to today's meeting announced by the President.
