The leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov said that the vice speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Mykola Tomenko should not have left his identification card at the workplace to prevent someone against voting by it.
"In this case, apparently, you should not leave the card at your workplace," Yefremov said.
Responding to the question is it a normal thing to vote instead of the vice speaker at the time of his absence in the presidium, Efremov said: "I think it is indelicate to do so, it is wrong thing to do".
At the same time Yefremov said that he never allowed the MPs from his faction to vote instead of their colleagues from the other factions.
