The President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych intends to visit the Summer Olympic Games in London, which will be opened on July 27 to support the Ukrainian national team, the chairman of the National Olympic Committee Serhiy Bubka said during a meeting of the Olympic Organizing Committee.
"The President of Ukraine is planning to personally attend the Olympics," Bubka said.
In addition, he suggested the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, who also attended the Committee meeting, to support the Ukrainian Olympic team in London.
As a reminder, the thirtieth Summer Olympic Games will be held in London from July 27 to August 12.
