The MP from the Party of Regions, the representative of the President in the Parliament Yuri Miroshnichenko explained why the President Viktor Yanukovych had not read out his message to the Parliament in the session hall, saying it is a very large document.

As ForUm correspondent reports, according to Miroshnichenko, it was decided to distribute the text message among the MPs for their information. In addition, the representative of the President read out the key points of the presidential message.
Moreover, Miroshnichenko disagrees with the opposition MPs that the President has not come to the Parliament as the last time while reading out his message in the Parliament’s session hall, the opposition MPs impeded him, shouting slogans.

According to him, the President is ready to initiate a constructive dialogue with the Parliament, unlike the opposition, which often ignores the calls of Yanukovych to cooperate.
