Kharkiv thanked the Dutch for “orange happiness”

The Kharkiv citizens sent two collages invitations, made up of photos, and a thank you letter to the Dutch fans.

As ForUm learned from the Kharkiv City Council press office, the photos depict the Ukrainians holding sheets of paper with the Dutch phrases written on: “Bedankt voor de Oranje tofheid! Charkov mist jullie, en wacht jullie te gaste” (“Thank you for orange happiness! Kharkiv misses you and is waiting for you!”), “Jullie zijn altijd welkom, en altijd geliefd” (“We are always glad to see you! We love you!”, “Hup, Holland, hup” (“Go, Holland, go!”).

 

The photo shoot took place in the Kharkiv fan zone and at the Metalist stadium. The photos and the letter in Dutch were sent for posting on the Association of Dutch fans website and on their Facebook page.
