The Ukrainian export to Russia has grown by 8.2% for the first quarter of this year, the PM of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at the Cabinet meeting, as ForUm correspondent reports.
The Prime Minister said that the Ukrainian and Russian prime ministers meeting in the framework of Ukrainian-Russian Interstate Commission is held on the eve of two presidents meeting.
Azarov and Medvedev are to discuss several issues including projects in nuclear energy, aircraft construction, space industry, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering.
As a reminder, today on June 27, in Donetsk, the Ukrainian PM Mykola Azarov and the Russian PM Dmitri Medvedev hold a meeting of the Committee on the trade and economic cooperation of Ukrainian-Russian Interstate Commission.
