The share of the overdue debt in Ukraine in January-May 2012 fell by 0.06 percentage points - to 9.55% of the originated loans.
According to the NBU, the total amount of the overdue loan debt decreased from January to May by 1.2% - to 78.315 billion UAH.
National Bank also announced that the share of the foreign capital in the aggregate authorized capital for five months fell by 0.6 percentage points - to 41.3%, in particular by 0.1 percentage points in May.
As of June 1, 53 banks with foreign capital, including 22 lending financial institutions with 100% regulatory capital work in Ukraine.
In general, as of the beginning of summer, 176 banks work in the country.
