The Swedes called the fan camping at the Trukhaniv Island in Kyiv a historical project, the Swede organizer of the fan camping Niklas Helberg told a joint press conference with the first deputy chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Mazurchak, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We have made a truly historic project in Kyiv. Enjoying the assistance of the Kyiv City State Administration, the project has succeeded and we’ve managed to make the city a yellow-blue "- he said.
Helberg admitted that at first the Ukrainians had not understood the project to the full, but gradually all the problems were solved by joint efforts.
In turn, Mazurchak said that the Swedes have not occasioned Kyiv any problems.
"The Swedes are the best fans could ever be," he said.
