Ukraine is not be engaged in the bioethanol production, the agricultural policy and food minister at interim Mykola Bezuhly told a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the production of bioethanol is a commercially attractive field and should be carried out by the private business.
At the same time Bezuhly stressed that the production of the potable alcohol, which is also quite profitable, will remain a state monopoly.
