This year it is observed a small but encouraging revival of economic activity in Ukraine, the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said at the Cabinet meeting, as ForUm correspondent reports.
"The industrial production has increased by 2% for five months in 2012, the construction - by 100.7%. Such development of construction is very important for us, because the construction industry generates growth of related industries and the economy increase," the Prime Minister said.
Speaking about the construction industry, Azarov noted that it is necessary to develop mechanisms to encourage businesses for solving the housing problems of employees and added that the government supports such initiatives.
