UEFA president Michel Platini is pleased with the organization level of Euro-2012 and believes that Ukraine and Poland have already won the tournament.
"I am very leased with the level of preparation of Ukraine and Poland. These countries have already won. The atmosphere is 99% fantastic," Platini said, Polish newspaper PAP reports.
The official pointed out that after the five years of problems and doubts the both countries have managed the task.
"Not everything is perfect, but I cannot imagine what could have been done better, taking into account the amount of work for both countries to accomplish," Platini underlined.
