The State Tax Service of Ukraine (STSU) is to be transformed into the service agency, the chairman of the STSU Oleksandr Klymenko said during the meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Ukraine Mr. Alan Remy.
Klymenko stressed that the reorganization of the fiscal authority into a service agency is a step of strategic direction.
According to the STSU chairman, it is important to reduce the communication between the taxpayers and the tax authorities.
Klymenko also reminded that a lot of new service agencies are already working in Ukraine.
He mentioned that for his agency it is very important to understand the investor and to know about his problems to speak the same language, underlining the equal importance of both domestic and foreign investors.
