Today, the co-president of the Green Party of the European Parliament Rebecca Harms and the Euro MP Werner Schulz visited the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko at the Central Clinical Hospital № 5 "of Ukrzaliznytsya (Ukrainian railway company) in Kharkiv, ForUm learned from the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine press office.
"The meeting lasted for more than two hours. The Euro MPs did not give any comments, suggestions or recommendations either to the employees of hospital or the Kachanivska penal colony staff," the statement says.
After the meeting with Tymoshenko, Harms told a briefing that the former Prime Minister of Ukraine had no claims against doctors.
The Euro MP also added that they were talking about the physical state of Tymoshenko, about the conditions of her detention and treatment.
