
"In my opinion, the Internet reveals a lot of different information, to which a part of the population, teenagers for example, do not need to have access. These relations (on the Internet - Ed.) are not adjusted to the end by law," the minister said, commenting on the information that the Dnipropetrivsk terrorists used instructions from the Internet.
The head of the law-enforcement agency said that he has already put forward the initiative to legislatively regulate the "relations" on the Internet before the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
