The central district court of Mykolaiv continues hearings of the criminal case against three men accused of rape and murder of Oksana Makar, press office of the Mykolaiv prosecutor's office reports.
During today's hearing the prosecutor in charge is reading out the judgment of conviction, after which the court will examine the proofs. The state prosecution intends to spare no effort for the case to be considered in full and without bias.
As a reminder, during the previous hearing the court satisfied the motion of the state prosecution to open partially the trial for public.
