Establishing whether Yulia Tymoshenko is linked to the murder of Yevhen Shcherban is the exclusive prerogative of the court, President Viktor Yanukovych told Interfax-Ukraine in an interview today, ForUm learned from the President's press office.
“If the court proves that Tymoshenko was linked to the murder of Shcherban, and the media write about that a lot currently, the whole matter will appear in a completely new light. But, I repeat, it is the prerogative of the court, not anybody else’s,” he said.
