The public order during the traditional procession of the Swedish fans will be provided by 250 police officers, eight horse police officers and 6 dog squads, ForUm learned from Internal Ministry of Ukraine spokesman.
The police squads in amount of 150 officers are on duty on Trukhaniv Island, where the Swedish fan camping is situated. The duty of eight horse police officers and 6 dog squads is also scheduled.
In total, more than 6.7 thousand police officers and the officers of the interior troops of Ukraine will be insuring the public order on June 11 in Kyiv.
As reported, today the Swedish fans will hold a traditional football march in the center of Kyiv.
Kyiv policemen ask the citizens to treat with understanding certain temporary inconvenience caused by hosting the championship and to be polite and hospitable towards foreign tourists.
