Since June 5, about 37 000 football fans have crossed Ukrainian state border. The customs officers have registered 314 airplanes and more than 5500 vehicles, by which the participants and the fans have arrived in Ukraine to visit Euro 2012.
The fans of the football championship keep arriving in Ukraine and leaving it after the matches of their national teams, ForUm learned from the State Border Guard Service spokesman.
So, nearly 14000 fans, half of whom went to our state, crossed the border in one day.
Today, the bigger number of the organized and unorganized groups of fans is expected to arrive due to the matches in Kyiv and Donetsk. The main stream of visitors, about 50 flights, is expected to come in Donetsk airport, as well as in Boryspil and Kyiv (Zhuliany) airports and in the area of the border with Poland.
In total, more than 311000 people and 64000 vehicles crossed the state border of Ukraine during the day.
