The governmental resolution of affordable housing will be revised, regional development, construct and housing services minister Anatoly Blyzniuk said during the conference call on "Affordable housing" program, ForUm correspondent reports.

The government intends to reduce the threshold of income level for applicants of the program and to reduce the down payment of apartment's cost, which is now 25%.
 
"We wanted to make 10%, but banks said it is too low. Given than many people do not have means for the down payment, we have to find a comprimise. We also intend to revise the norm on required income," the minister said.

Blyzniuk informed that the next year the "Affordable housing" program will be financed from the state budget with two billion hryvnais.
